Terms of use.
A binding compact between the Archive and the reader. Short, archival, enforceable.
1 · Age. You must be 18 or older to enter the Archive. Adaptogenic and herbal references may be age-restricted in your jurisdiction.
2 · Not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease. Consult a registered practitioner.
3 · Canonical fidelity. Every listing binds to a citation in the 80-book canon. If a listing's citation is wrong, notify us at corrections@apextatva.org and we will revise or delist within 7 days.
4 · Affiliate relationships. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
5 · Mediated checkout. Tier B orders are facilitated by the Archive through Stripe. Stripe is merchant of record. Refund policy: 30 days from delivery for unopened goods. Tax handling per Stripe's automatic tax engine in your jurisdiction.
6 · Shipping blocks. Listings are filtered against the shipping-blocks matrix. The Archive will not ship products that are blocked in your jurisdiction. Circumvention voids the order.
7 · DSA notice. EU users may submit notice-and-action requests under Articles 16 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 via the DSA portal.
8 · Dispute resolution. Good-faith mediation first. Failing that, binding arbitration under the rules of the seller's home jurisdiction. EU consumers retain ODR rights under Regulation 524/2013.
9 · Archival vow. The Archive is non-profit. Net revenue funds preservation of the 80-book canon. No equity is sold, no premium tier is gated.
10 · Changes. Material changes are published in the System Pulse footer and dated.
