How it was prepared
12 g Withania root powder simmered in 240 ml whole milk + 720 ml water until reduced to milk volume. Strain. Sweeten with raw honey after cooling below 40 °C.
Classical dose
180 ml, twice daily, after meals, 28-day cycle.
Who should avoid it
Hyperthyroidism. Pregnancy first trimester.
